Added more filetype/mimetype icons.

Update April 5, 2009:
Updated many icons with correct 32x32 and below images. Mostly noticeable in address bar and taskbar.

I remember using these years ago. I love the old school stuff, a nice change from those overdone, techno, 3d, can you guess what this icon is designs. Many thanks for the package :)

thanks for this, however, in my 11 years on the internet, I've never come across a .ip file. Can you shed some light onto which program opens them? google comes up with (rather predictablly) network IP information.
